1. Our Commitment to Privacy
Elite Embassy respects the privacy of our clients, members, applicants, visitors, business contacts, professionals, artists, creators, partners, and others who interact with our organization.
This Privacy Policy explains how The Worldwide Elite Music & Entertainment Embassy, Inc., doing business as Elite Embassy, together with its divisions, DBAs, affiliated brands, subsidiaries, parent or holding companies, companies under common ownership or control, and other entities that are now or later part of the Elite Embassy corporate family (collectively, the “Elite Embassy Group,” “Elite Embassy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, maintain, protect, disclose, and otherwise process personal information.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Elite Embassy website, affiliated websites and digital properties, client and member portals, applications, inquiry and consultation forms, communications, services, events, programs, professional relationships, transactions, and other interactions with Elite Embassy.
Elite Embassy takes privacy seriously. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Personal information may, however, be used and shared within the Elite Embassy Group and with carefully selected service providers, professional partners, contractors, technology providers, and other organizations when reasonably necessary to operate our organization, provide or coordinate requested services, support our clients, protect our rights, or fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.

We may collect information directly from you when you submit a form, contact us, establish an account, become a client or member, request a consultation, engage our services, upload information to a portal, enter into an agreement, make a payment, communicate with our team, participate in a program, or otherwise interact with Elite Embassy.
We may also receive information from an authorized representative, manager, employee, business partner, family member, attorney, accountant, publisher, label, distributor, rights organization, professional service provider, or another person acting on your behalf.
Information may also be obtained from other entities within the Elite Embassy Group, service providers assisting us with our operations, industry platforms, social media platforms, publicly available professional or business sources, rights and registration databases, public records, or other sources where collection and use are lawful.
If you provide Elite Embassy with personal information concerning another individual, you represent that you have the authority or other lawful basis necessary to provide that information to us for the purpose for which it is submitted.
5. How Elite Embassy Uses Information
Elite Embassy may use personal information to provide, administer, improve, personalize, and support our services and operations.
This includes processing inquiries and applications; providing consultations; providing business, entertainment, music, publishing, distribution, production, educational, digital, administrative and professional services; establishing and servicing memberships; maintaining client accounts and portals; communicating with clients; managing projects; processing transactions; coordinating professional representation; administering rights and intellectual property matters; providing training and education; responding to support requests; maintaining records; and performing contractual obligations.
We may also use information to understand the needs of our clients, recommend appropriate Elite Embassy divisions or services, connect a client with specialized personnel, identify additional services that may benefit a client, improve our programs and operations, maintain website functionality, analyze website performance, detect fraud or abuse, secure our systems, enforce agreements, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, and protect Elite Embassy, our clients, and others.
Where permitted by law, we may use contact information to communicate about relevant Elite Embassy programs, resources, services, opportunities, announcements, events, educational information, or other matters connected with our relationship with you.
You may opt out of nonessential promotional communications at any time. Opting out of marketing does not prevent Elite Embassy from sending administrative, transactional, legal, service-related, security, membership, royalty, rights-management, or other communications necessary to our relationship with you.
6. Use of Information Across Elite Embassy Companies
By interacting with Elite Embassy, you understand that the organization operates as an interconnected group of divisions, Embassies, brands, and affiliated companies.
Personal information may therefore be disclosed within the Elite Embassy Group where reasonably necessary for legitimate business operations or to provide, coordinate, improve, or extend services to you.
For example, information originally provided to one Elite Embassy division may be used by another Elite Embassy division if that division is responsible for a service you requested, is assisting the first division, provides a service that may be relevant to your needs, or performs administrative, technical, financial, legal, operational, publishing, distribution, production, consulting, support, or other functions for the organization.
We may also maintain centralized client, membership, support, administrative, and business records that can be accessed by authorized personnel within the Elite Embassy Group when appropriate to their responsibilities.
Access is intended to be limited to individuals and entities that have a legitimate business need for the information.
Information transferred or shared within the Elite Embassy Group is not sold merely because another Elite Embassy-owned, controlled, commonly owned, affiliated, parent, holding, or subsidiary entity receives or uses it.
7. Service Providers, Professional Partners & Outside Companies
Elite Embassy may work with outside companies and professionals to provide services that we do not perform entirely in-house or where outside assistance is appropriate.
Depending upon your needs, these parties may include technology providers, website developers, hosting providers, payment processors, accountants, attorneys, consultants, production professionals, studios, musicians, designers, marketing professionals, distribution platforms, publishing and rights organizations, contractors, vendors, cloud-service providers, communications providers, professional advisors and other specialized service providers.
When Elite Embassy provides your information to a third party on our behalf or as part of services being coordinated through Elite Embassy, we seek to limit the information disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and require appropriate confidentiality, privacy, security, or contractual restrictions based upon the relationship and services involved.
Such providers are not authorized by Elite Embassy to sell personal information received from us or to use it for unrelated independent purposes in violation of our agreements with them.
If we recommend or introduce you to an independent third-party company and you separately choose to establish a direct relationship with that company, information you thereafter provide directly to that company may also be governed by that company’s own privacy policy and terms. Elite Embassy does not control an independent third party’s separate collection practices outside the services it performs for or through Elite Embassy.
8. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Elite Embassy does not sell your personal information for money.
We do not provide client lists, membership lists, email lists, telephone lists, private project information, or other personal information to unrelated businesses for them to sell or independently exploit.
Disclosure to an Elite Embassy affiliate, contractor, processor, professional advisor, service provider, or other party performing an authorized service does not constitute a sale merely because information must be disclosed to perform the service.
Certain U.S. privacy laws use the terms “sell,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than their ordinary meanings. If Elite Embassy ever engages in an activity that legally constitutes a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, Elite Embassy will provide any notice and opt-out rights required by that law.
9. Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies
Elite Embassy websites may use cookies and similar technologies to operate websites, remember preferences, maintain sessions, enhance security, understand website traffic, evaluate site performance, and improve the user experience.
Third-party tools integrated into our websites may also collect technical information according to their own privacy practices.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through website privacy or cookie controls. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the Internet. Where applicable law requires Elite Embassy to recognize a legally valid universal opt-out mechanism, such as an applicable Global Privacy Control signal, we will handle the signal in accordance with applicable law.
10. Payment Processing
Where Elite Embassy accepts online payments, we may use third-party financial institutions or payment-processing companies to process transactions.
Those companies may collect financial information necessary to complete the transaction. Elite Embassy may receive transaction records such as the payer’s identity, amount, payment status, transaction number, billing information, or payment method, while the processor may separately handle full card or banking credentials.
Payment processors maintain their own privacy and security obligations.
11. Confidential Client & Project Information
During the course of providing services, Elite Embassy may receive nonpublic business information, unpublished creative works, recordings, documents, strategies, contracts, financial information, intellectual property, project materials, or other confidential information.
Access to such information is limited according to operational need, applicable agreements, and the services being provided.
Elite Embassy does not use confidential nonpublic client materials for public promotion merely because the materials were submitted to us. Public use of client materials will be governed by applicable agreements, permissions, releases, instructions, established professional practices, or other lawful authorization.
Information already made public by a client, authorized representative, distributor, publisher, platform, government agency, professional registry, media source, or other legitimate source may be treated differently from confidential nonpublic information.
12. Legal, Safety & Protective Disclosures
Elite Embassy may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, governmental request, tax obligation, regulatory requirement, legal process, contractual requirement, rights-administration obligation, fraud investigation, security matter, or other lawful obligation.
We may also use or disclose information to investigate suspected misconduct, enforce contracts and policies, collect amounts owed, establish or defend legal claims, protect intellectual property, protect the rights or safety of Elite Embassy or others, prevent fraud, and maintain the integrity and security of our systems and operations.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any disclosure that is required or expressly permitted by applicable law.
13. Business Transactions & Organizational Changes
If all or part of Elite Embassy, an Elite Embassy division, affiliate, business, brand, asset, or service is reorganized, merged, sold, transferred, financed, acquired, consolidated, or otherwise becomes part of another corporate structure, information associated with the applicable business or service may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisors and prospective transaction participants where reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete such a transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Any successor that receives personal information will be expected to process that information consistently with applicable privacy law and the commitments that continue to apply to the transferred information.
14. Information Security
Elite Embassy uses reasonable administrative, organizational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain and the services we provide.
Access to nonpublic personal information is intended to be restricted to personnel, affiliates, contractors, and service providers who have an appropriate business need for access.
However, no website, network, database, cloud platform, electronic transmission, storage system, or method of communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Elite Embassy therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
You are also responsible for protecting passwords, login credentials, devices, email accounts, and other systems under your control and for promptly notifying us if you believe an Elite Embassy account or communication has been compromised.
Where required by applicable law, Elite Embassy will provide legally required notifications concerning qualifying data-security incidents.
15. Data Retention
Elite Embassy retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, contractual, administrative, professional, security, accounting, tax, regulatory, rights-management, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
Because Elite Embassy provides services involving publishing, copyright, royalties, intellectual property, licensing, distribution, entertainment, business records, contracts, and other long-term professional relationships, certain records may need to be retained for extended periods even after an active client or membership relationship ends.
Information may also be retained where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights, comply with record-retention requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain historical business records, or enforce agreements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, Elite Embassy may securely delete, destroy, anonymize, or aggregate it in accordance with applicable practices and law.
16. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by law, Elite Embassy may communicate with current or prospective clients, members, applicants, business contacts, or others concerning Elite Embassy services, education, programs, opportunities, events, resources, professional information, and related offerings.
Where consent is legally required, we will seek appropriate consent.
Marketing emails will provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe. Requests to stop promotional communications do not apply to necessary service, transaction, account, security, legal, contractual, royalty, publishing, distribution, or administrative communications.
17. Social Media & Third-Party Platforms
Elite Embassy may maintain pages, profiles, channels, or integrations on third-party platforms.
When you interact with Elite Embassy through a social-media service, streaming service, distribution platform, professional platform, payment service, or other third-party service, that provider may separately collect or process information under its own privacy policy.
Elite Embassy does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party platforms.
You should review the privacy settings and policies of those services before submitting information through them.
18. Third-Party Links
Elite Embassy websites may contain links to websites, applications, platforms, services, or resources operated by other organizations.
A link does not mean that Elite Embassy controls the privacy or security practices of the linked organization.
Once you leave an Elite Embassy-controlled website or service, your interaction with the destination may be governed by that organization’s own privacy policy and terms.
19. Children’s Privacy
Elite Embassy’s general websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our general website without legally required parental authorization.
Because Elite Embassy operates in music, entertainment, education, and other industries in which minors may sometimes participate professionally, services involving a minor should be initiated or authorized by the minor’s parent, legal guardian, authorized representative, or other person legally permitted to act on the minor’s behalf.
If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring parental consent and the required consent was not obtained, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
Additional protections may apply where the law of a particular jurisdiction establishes a higher age threshold.
20. Your Privacy Choices & Rights
Depending upon where you reside and the laws applicable to Elite Embassy’s processing of your information, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
Those rights may include the right to request access to personal information, obtain information concerning how it is used, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, restrict certain processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising or certain forms of sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.
These rights are not absolute. Applicable law may permit or require Elite Embassy to retain or continue processing certain information despite a request, including where necessary to provide contracted services, maintain rights and transaction records, comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud, establish or defend legal claims, exercise free-expression or other legal rights, or fulfill other legally recognized purposes.
Elite Embassy will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right.
21. Privacy Requests
To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact Elite Embassy through our designated privacy contact or Privacy Request method.
Privacy Contact:
[email protected]]
You may also submit an inquiry through the Contact Us page on the Elite Embassy website and identify the request as a Privacy Request.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. Verification procedures are intended to protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf. We may require evidence establishing the agent’s authority and may separately verify your identity.
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, you may submit an appeal through the same privacy contact and identify the communication as “Privacy Appeal.”
22. California Privacy Notice
If Elite Embassy is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, with respect to a particular California consumer, that consumer may have rights including access, correction, deletion, information concerning collection and disclosure, opt-out rights applicable to sale or sharing, rights relating to certain sensitive personal information, and protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising those rights.
During the preceding 12 months, Elite Embassy may have collected categories of information described in Section 3 of this Policy for the business and commercial purposes described throughout this Policy.
Those categories may have been disclosed for legitimate business purposes to Elite Embassy Group companies, technology providers, hosting providers, payment processors, professional advisors, contractors, service providers, platforms, rights-management organizations, production and creative professionals, and other recipients necessary to provide requested services.
Elite Embassy does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
If any technology used by Elite Embassy constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and the applicable law requires an opt-out, Elite Embassy will provide the legally required method for exercising that choice.
California residents may make applicable privacy requests using the procedures described in Section 21.
23. Residents of Other U.S. States
Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under their state’s consumer privacy laws.
Where such a law applies to Elite Embassy and to the relevant processing activity, we will honor the rights required by that law, subject to statutory exceptions and verification requirements.
The availability and scope of rights vary according to jurisdiction and may depend upon whether the law applies to Elite Embassy, the type of relationship involved, the type of information, and the purpose for which the information is processed.
24. European Economic Area, United Kingdom & Other International Users
Where European or comparable international data-protection law applies, Elite Embassy will process personal information under an appropriate lawful basis.
Depending upon the circumstances, that basis may include performance of or steps toward a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, consent, protection of legal rights, or legitimate interests such as providing client services, administering business relationships, preventing fraud, maintaining system security, improving services, and communicating with clients where those interests are not overridden by applicable individual rights.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent as permitted by law. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
Where applicable, individuals may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority.
25. International Data Transfers
Elite Embassy serves clients and works with professionals, companies, platforms, service providers, and resources in multiple countries.
Information may therefore be accessed, processed, transferred, or stored outside the country in which it was originally collected, including in the United States and other locations in which Elite Embassy Group companies or service providers operate.
Different countries may provide different levels of legal protection for personal information.
Where applicable law requires a particular safeguard for an international transfer, Elite Embassy will use a legally recognized mechanism appropriate to the circumstances, which may include contractual safeguards, approved transfer mechanisms, adequacy arrangements, consent where legally appropriate, or another mechanism permitted by law.
26. Deidentified & Aggregated Information
Elite Embassy may create aggregated, statistical, anonymized, or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
Such information may be used for analytics, business planning, research, service improvement, reporting, organizational development, industry analysis, and other lawful purposes.
Where information is maintained as deidentified data under an applicable privacy law, Elite Embassy will not intentionally attempt to reidentify it except where legally permitted for purposes such as testing privacy or security protections.
27. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Elite Embassy may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, organizational structure, technology, legal requirements, business practices, or privacy practices.
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide that notice or seek that consent as required.
We encourage users to periodically review this Policy.

29. Entire Privacy Notice
This Privacy Policy is intended to provide a comprehensive explanation of Elite Embassy’s general privacy practices. Specific services, programs, portals, agreements, jurisdictions, or activities may be subject to additional privacy notices, consent forms, contractual terms, or legally required disclosures.
If an applicable law gives an individual protections that cannot legally be limited by this Policy, the applicable law controls.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be waived, restricted, or eliminated.
